Use Template

Description

Nalvin helps you produce a Voice of Customer report by clustering feedback into themes, selecting representative quotes, and translating the signal into recommended actions. It pulls from support conversations and product feedback tools, and can enrich themes with CRM context when available, so you can prioritize based on both urgency and business impact.

Supported Integrations

Templates are flexible by default. Nalvin automatically picks the right integrations based on what you’ve connected.

How to best use this template

Below are a few tips & tricks from the Nalvin team to get the most out of this template.

Start with a clear time window

If you don’t specify a window, outputs can feel noisy. A focused window (recent release, last month) produces cleaner themes and makes trends easier to spot.

Prefer representative quotes over long transcripts

You can level this up by limiting to 1–2 short quotes per theme. Short quotes are easier to share and safer across channels.

Add lightweight segmentation

If you have CRM context, ask Nalvin to split themes by segment (enterprise vs SMB) or renewal window. This helps you see whose pain matters most right now.

Connect themes to work items

Ask Nalvin to link themes to existing tickets or roadmap items when possible. This makes follow-through easier and closes the loop between insight and execution.

Make it action-ready

End with “Top 3 actions to take next” rather than a long list of observations. This turns VoC into momentum.
