Description

Nalvin helps you deeply understand a single topic by gathering the strongest feedback signals, extracting quotes, and summarizing what customers mean—not just what they said. It highlights the most common pains, edge cases, and urgency signals, and can optionally segment insights by customer type when CRM context is available.

Supported Integrations

Templates are flexible by default. Nalvin automatically picks the right integrations based on what you’ve connected.

How to best use this template

Below are a few tips & tricks from the Nalvin team to get the most out of this template.

Make the topic specific

“Onboarding” is often too broad; “SSO onboarding” is actionable. The more specific the topic, the higher the signal and the less generic the summary.

Ask for edge cases and constraints

You can level this up by having Nalvin list the edge cases customers mention (permissions, roles, limits). These are often the real acceptance criteria for the work.

Separate bugs from feature gaps

Customers often mix issues. Ask Nalvin to split “broken behavior” from “missing capability” so the next step is clearer.

Quantify urgency best-effort

If possible, have Nalvin note volume signals (number of tickets, repeated mentions). When evidence is thin, it should say so.

Turn the output into a ticket-ready spec

After the summary, ask Nalvin to propose acceptance criteria and a ticket description. This speeds up the handoff to engineering.
