Catch risk before it becomes churn

Use Template

Description

Nalvin helps you catch account risk early by surfacing churn-risk signals across customer conversations, usage trends, and CRM context. It summarizes who is at risk, why, what evidence supports the signal, and what the next best action is, so product and CS can coordinate without guessing or overreacting.

Supported Integrations

Templates are flexible by default. Nalvin automatically picks the right integrations based on what you’ve connected.

How to best use this template

Below are a few tips & tricks from the Nalvin team to get the most out of this template.

Define what counts as “risk”

Risk can be sentiment, support volume, usage drop, or renewal timing. Tell Nalvin which signals matter most so it prioritizes correctly and avoids false alarms.

Make privacy the default

You can level this up by defaulting delivery to a private channel or DM. Keep customer identifiers minimal unless the audience requires them.

Tie each risk to an action owner

Risk lists are only useful if someone acts. Ask Nalvin to propose the best next action (reach out, investigate, offer workaround) and who should own it (best-effort).

Separate “renewing soon” from “latent risk”

Renewal timing changes urgency. Have Nalvin bucket risk by renewal window so you can focus attention where it matters.

Avoid false certainty

If signals are inferred, Nalvin should label confidence and propose the smallest follow-up check to increase certainty.
