Using the stand-up as a meeting agenda

You can ask Nalvin to format your stand-up as a meeting agenda. So you can cover knowledge sharing, solving blockers and planning ahead together.

Identify blockers and potential issues proactively

You can add custom analysis to your instructions. E.g. “Nalvin, also check if there’s any bandwidth or scope issues for us to complete all our sprint goals”

Update or create tickets as part of the stand-up

When you get your daily stand-up you can also ask Nalvin to update or create tickets based on work you’ve done or plan to do.

Use Nalvin to track cross-team dependencies

If you have a lot of dependencies with other teams you can ask for a short summary of their stand-up to stay aligned.

Everything is customizable
